Disclosure Statement

A hearing to consider the approval of the Disclosure Statement; establish the Record Date, the voting deadline and temporary allowance of certain claims; approve procedures for filing objections to the Plan; approve Solicitation Procedures for Confirmation; and establish a Hearing Date to consider confirmation of the Plan, will be held on May 31, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time before Judge Ronald Barliant in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Everret McKinley Dirksen Courthouse, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, Courtroom 742.
